Shopfront Invites your feedback

Each year Shopfront runs an annual workshop program for children and young people aged 8 – 25.
We are interested in hearing back from our company membership, current and past participants and from all families in our community who want to find out more about Shopfront.
The information we gather will be used for planning the program and delivering more exciting creative opportunities for children and young people.
To assist this venture we have created a super-fast online survey suitable for all ages 8 and above.

+ all respondents receive 10% discount off all Shopfront workshops in 2012

This offer includes full term workshops, school holiday, and master classes

 

To go into the draw you will need to complete your name and contact details at the end of the survey.  Please note you can opt to remain anonymous if you prefer.
If you are under 18 please get your parents permission to leave your contact details.
Contact information will only be used for the purposes of the prize draw.
You can elect to  be added to the Shopfront mailing list.
