A Junior Ensemble Production: Never, Ever!
19 – 22 November
Shopfront Arts Co-op,
86-88 Carlton Parade, Carlton
Do I miss them? Of course I miss them. It’s terrifying without them.
One year ago, all the adults ceased to exist, leaving the children of Earth to fend for themselves. It was hard at first, but they rebuilt, they got jobs and they established the first Fart Court of Australia, an important milestone in holding farters accountable for their farts.
Junior Ensemble 2020 have worked alongside Director, Lauren Scott-Young, and Playwright, Alex Tutton, to craft this exciting play within a play which examines power structures, honesty and the process of creation.
Recommended for ages 6+
Thursday – Saturday 7pm / Sunday 5pm / Matinee Friday 12pm
All performances are wheelchair accessible. Sunday show is a relaxed performance.
A relaxed performance is intended specifically to be sensitive to and accepting of audience members who may benefit from a more relaxed environment. This means that there is a more casual-than-usual approach to front-of-house etiquette and we ask audience members to be aware of people’s needs to move or make involuntary noise. The light and sound effects for the show will be minimised, house lights will remain on and audience members may leave the theatre and return as needed during the show.
