SUSAN is a litigation lawyer with over 25 years of experience.
She has acted for both plaintiffs and defendants as well as for individuals. Her experience includes a number of large-scale, commercial matters involving complex legal and factual issues and international parties.
She has experience in mediations and other settlement negotiations. Industry sectors in which she has acted include traffic forecasting, engineering, transport, valuations and radio. Susan has also acted in the health industry while acting for health care providers in disciplinary matters before various courts, tribunals and at inquests. She has defended clients charged with ‘white collar’ crime and acted in regulatory and administrative law matters.
Susan also has many years of experience as a prosecutor for white collar crime while at the Office of the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions where she prosecuted individuals and corporations for offences under Commonwealth legislation including tax and customs.
