Art-making Workshops

Art Not Apart

Ages 8-12+ 13-18

Join us for this free online workshop where you can make art with us while safe and comfy at home. Art Not Apart is all about fun. There are no deadlines. There is no pressure to complete your art projects. This is a space to just chat, make friends, and enjoy all the fun and relaxation of expressing yourself creatively through visual art.

Every week during term, Shopfront Arts Co-op’s Art Not Apart will be open to ages 8-12 and 13 and up, and available to access remotely. This free weekly workshop is devised by creative experts to ensure that it is a zero pressure, all leisure activity where Young People can be free to have fun together. These workshops are delivered by our experienced arts facilitators, trained in Mental Health First Aid, who will create a safe space to improve mental health and well-being for participants aged 8-25 through creative expression and exploration.

We can’t wait to make art together with you!

Art Not Apart is all about positive mental well-being. It is important to note that this is not a counselling service, however Shopfront staff can refer Young People to suitable youth support services.

We have also compiled a list of mental health resources to assist Young People during these challenging times.
